In 2005 they Banned the following SuperBowl Ad for the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas because there is a genrerl ban on ads that promote gambling and gaming. It was determined that this ad promoted a casino rather han just a hotel. Frankly I don't think it should have been baned, the commercial didn't even mention that they had gambling!
Heck with all the ads for PartyPoker.net and PokerStars.net where they promote the "free poker" on the .net site and clearly have paid poker on the .com side, I would think an ad like this would be fair game!
